Jonathan Clark
Campus Minister
Jonathan and Erin have been married since August of 2005. They have four children: Jackson (18), Frazier (14), Chaney (13) and Nathan (8). Jonathan is a 2000 graduate of Murray State and a 2007 graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. After serving in Louisiana for about 10 years, Jonathan returned to his Alma Mater in December of 2013 as Murray State's BCM Campus Minister. Jonathan enjoys routine and structure. He will gladly treat you to a cup of coffee. He runs regularly so that he can continue being an active dad (when Jonathan is 60, Nathan will be 20)
Elisabeth Cope
Administrative Assistant
Elisabeth and Tyler have been married since June 2015. They have four children: Ezra (7), Silas (5), Lorelai (3), and John (2) . Elisabeth is a Murray State alumna. She graduated in 2014 and served the following year as an MSU BCM intern. After 6 years teaching elementary school, she decided to stay home with her children. Now she is back at Murray State’s BCM as the administrative assistant! Elisabeth enjoys thrift shopping, coffee, hiking, and deep conversations. She is almost always surrounded by her four wonderful children. So, if you can get onboard with her kid chaos, you will find a friend in her.
Haylee Cox
Campus Ministry Associate
Haylee graduated from Murray State in 2023 and is currently attending Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary to pursue a Masters degree in Ministry to Women and Biblical Counseling. She enjoys reading, writing, and meeting new people over a cup of coffee! She is very passionate about discipleship and equipping students to share the Gospel in their everyday lives.
Mitchell Evans
Campus Ministry Associate
Mitchell recently graduated from Murray State in May of 2024. His life was changed by Jesus in college and his desire is for others to experience the same life change through the gospel. Mitchell enjoys all things active, reading, hiking, and volleyball.
Gracie Downey
Campus Ministry Intern
Gracie graduated from Murray State in December 2024 with a Bachelor's of Social Work. She is attending Campbellsville University online in hopes of becoming an LCSW. She is originally from Salem, KY. She loves to read, taking walks, chasing sunsets, drinking a nice cup of coffee, and meeting new people. Gracie is sure to serve you well when you walk in our building!
David Kidd
BCM Intern in Training
David is a senior Health and Physical Education major who will graduate December of 2025. He hopes to teach middle school PE and focus his time outside of school on a local ministry. In his free time, David enjoys running, hiking, and living an overall active life. He cannot wait to see how the Lord is going to work through the BCM this year!
Emily Oliver
BCM Co-President
Emily is a Senior at Murray State studying Nursing. She loves being outdoors, taking walks with friends around campus and the arboretum. She is passionate about missional living, both on campus and off. She desires to help students cultivate a desire to see the nations reached with the Gospel.
Megan Oakley
BCM Co-President
Megan is currently a Senior marketing student at Murray State. She enjoys being involved in student ministry, leading worship, and talking about Jesus while drinking coffee. She has always had a desire to serve in ministry and is excited to see the direction the Lord takes her in that pursuit.
Alex Clark
BCM Co-Vice President
Alex is a junior at Murray State University from Southern Indiana. He is majoring in Organzational Communication with a minor in Business Administration. He has had the privilege of being involved at the BCM for two years and has loved every minute! After graduation, Alex would love to pursue ministry as the Lord leads and his next steps include attending seminary. He also loves cottage cheese!
Madisyn Braden
BCM Co-Vice President
Madisyn is currently a senior at Murray State majoring in Marketing. She can often be found getting coffee with a new friend, going for a walk, or planning her next dream trip. Madisyn is passionate about helping other students know and love God more through studying His Word and Christ-centered community! You are sure to find a friend in Madisyn!
